Scheduling
We strongly recommend that you pre-book your next hair appointment prior to leaving the salon in order to get your preferred time/day. Feel free to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to relax and have some refreshments. Please keep in mind that your appointment may have to be shortened or rescheduled as a courtesy to our next guest if you arrive late.

Cancellation Policy
We are aware that at times you need to change your reservation. Numi & Company maintains a 24 hour cancellation policy. Failure to cancel within 24 hours will result in a 50% service charge. Please note that no shows and last minute cancellations may will result in a 50% service charge.

Payment
Payment is made at the end of your visit, at the front desk. We accept cash, check, Master Card, Visa and American Express.

Guest Services
Our Front Desk Team is available to ensure your satisfaction with our services. If you are ever not 100% satisfied, please bring it to the Manager's attention and we will rectify the situation immediately.

Allergic Reaction
Please notify our staff of any sensitivities or allergies you may have.

Refreshments
We serve complementary refreshments: coffee, tea, bottled water...

Gratuities
Gratuities may not be added to credit card charges.

Valuables
We request that you leave you valuables at home or keep them with you during your stay with us.
